The Accurate group is taking its capabilities to the next level. The long experience and insight towards the Innovation and Design of new products have birth to ACCURUB. The design of the rubber ingredients is the most critical part of the development process. At ACCURUB these parts are fine-tuned using state-of-the-art Resonance equipment to minimize Noise, Vibration and Harshness ensuring that the final user enjoys a pleasant ride in his vehicle. The Road conditions are simulated to optimize design for Bump Stops, Top Mounts and Bushings. Detailed attention towards the individual parts leads to the desired ride quality and validation on a bigger scale.
Our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Lab offers a innovative design solutions and thus helping clients in reduction of the weight of their vehicles and thus an increase in energy efficiency.

Maintaining quality is the most crucial thing for ACCURUB. And for that we have been practising the ISO/TS 16949 / IATF Technical Specifications and its requirements since many years. It is completely client -orientated and has resulted in successful implementation processes for various products. We depend on core systems like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC ve MSA along with the 8D methodology, enabling us to provide solutions to the root problems.
We also follow ISO 9001:2008, TS :1649 practices in procedural phases like approval of Product implementations, procurement of raw materials and possession of the finished products in our warehouses. Also we examine our products in our laboratories with our trusted ISO / TS 1964, certification in complete compliance with national and international standards and guarantee our Product quality.

ACCURUB offers an automatic Centralized Rubber Compounding setup. The integration of compounding setup with a high-tech automated intermix system with modules for automatic chemical weighing, auto oil dispersion, batch off unit, sieving and cutting. This always guaranties maximum productivity, precision quality and consistency of the rubber compound.
ACCURUB has inhouse Fully Automated Phosphating Plant for Metal Part Preparations prior to Moulding operations. Also automated machines for spraying primer and adhesive onto the metal components are installed.
All these equipment are capable of handling different sizes and shapes of the metal components

Pre moulding

The Company has an automatic centralized rubber compounding setup. This results in maximum productivity, precision quality and consistency of the rubber compound. The compounding setup has been integrated with a high-tech automated intermix system. It offers facilities like automatic chemical weighing, auto oil dispersion, batch off unit, sieving and cutting. The compound properties, optimal productivity and gives an enhanced mixing capacity are always guarantied.
The in-house Fully Automated Phosphating Plant for Metal Part is used for preparing them before moulding.
The Automated Chemlock Adhesive Applications are used for spraying primer and adhesive onto the metal components.

Moulding

ACCURUB offers Injection moulding and compressor mouldings. It has deployed advanced Microprocessor controlled DESMA Rubber Injection Moulding machines of 250 Tonnes capacity. These machines are run on fully automated processes right from compound feeding to product removal from the moulds. Various PLC controlled Vacuum Compression and Transfer Moulding machines are used for different capacities for Rubber Compression Moulding. As we follow Kaizen principle, they result in benefits like cycle time reductions, compound savings, ergonomics etc.

Post moulding

ACCURUB has deployed the state of the art finishing equipments De-flashing machines for seamless finishing processes. Considering the complexity of precise finishing of the rubber parts, these systems are deployed.

Backed by more than two decade of experience, today Accurate evolves as a steel tube manufacturer with capacity of producing approx. 18000 Metric Tonnes of precision tubes per annum.
Accurate Group is also engaged in manufacturing of Electric Resistance Welded Tubes (ERW), Cold Drawn Welded Tubes(CDW)/Drawn over mandrel Tubes (DOM) & Précised Tubular Solutions.

PRE DISPATCH
INSPECTION TEST


The Pre dispatch inspection (PDI) tests include 100% visual and dimensional checking for each and every component. The PDI ensures that production complies with specifications of the client and ensures top notch quality of the delivered products.  We perform PDI at different stages before shipment, and ensure total amount of goods and packing, quality or consistency of goods, all documentation, and verification of compliance with standards of the destination country

TOOL
ROOM

  • An In-house tool manufacturing facility comprising of Vertical Machining Centres, CNC’s, Wire-cutting & EDM Machines.

ACCURUB is proud to have a well equipped in house Tool Room facility with machines like CNC Wirecut Machine, CNC Vertical Machining Centres, CNC EDM Machines, CNC Turning Centres, Surface Grinders, Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, Drilling Machines, Tool and Cutter Grinder Machines and software tools like CAD/CAM, CATIA, UG NX5 and IDEAS 9 for mould design, simulation, manufacturing and exact adherence to the customer specifications.
